BLACK MASTERBATCH PE900

BLACK PE900 is an economy black LDPE based masterbatch containing high opacity carbon black. This product is designed for Injection Molding items, extruded tubings and sheets for general purpose. It is suitable for use in films with low performance requirements and the typical end product is trash bags. But it is not recommended for ultra-films or other film products with high performance requirements.

Method of Usage:

BLACK PE900 is designed for ease of dispersion and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer, avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

Range of Application:

BLACK PE900 is designed for use in LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE and PP.

Carrier: Recycled LDPE
Pigment Content: Carbon Black 41%
Density: 23Celsius Degree 1.09g/cm3
MFI: 21.6kg/190Celsius Degree 5g/10min
Compatibility: LDPE, HDPE, PP and Ethylene Copolymer

Packaging:

BLACK PE900 is supplied in pellet form packed in 25kg bags. It should be stored in a dry place.
