Tylosin is a kind of macrolides antibiotics which is secreted by F-streptomyces with high activity, not only on ram-positive, but on some of the gram-negative micro-organisms,against mycoplasma against vibrios and other causative disease agents in articular. Tylosin's characteristics of the strong antimycoplasma makes it the first choice to treat mycoplasma disease for poultry andlivestock. ln Japan,Tylosin is added in more than 50% feed for pigs. It can be said that industrial stock breeding and poultry breeding in particular could hardly develop and give high productivity without Tylosin. TyLlosin,when added into industrial feed for pigs,is a very good anli-dysentery vibrio drug. As feed additive. Tylosin can effectively promote animal growth and shorten breeding period,and raise-ECR. For cxample,it can raise chicken's FCR by 6%and body weight by l5%.
Out Corp imported the vaccine and production technology of the tylosin in 1992 from U.S.A.,and built up the industrial roduction line in l994.The products, which were verified c1inically by China Veterinary Medicine Inspection Institute, that the characteristics of which as follows are equal to those of the same products made by other companies abroad, the physical and chemical properties,antibacterial function, toxicity, pharmacologic results, and prevention and treatment of disease for poultry and livcs tock, etc.
