Alkaline cyanide-free zinc plating brightener is a top product for environment protection in international market.
Character: Wide process range. It can be plated on the bath containing Zn metal less than 6~24g/L, the bath has high stability; High toughness, when deposit thickness over than 31μm, Zn deposit still keep softness; Wide operation temperature range. The bath can be obtained bright deposit at higher temperature (52℃), it also has excellent cover and throwing power in low current area., especially some complex parts can be effectively plated Zn deposit in barrel plating. Has excellent tolerance to the impurities which exist in bath such as Cu,Mg, Pb,Cd, Fe and Cr, easy to passivation treatment for various kinds.

1. The wide technique range. It can be plated when the bath containing Zn metal about 6-24 g/l, has high stability.
2. Excellent toughness when deposit thickness more than 31μm, the deposit still keep soft.
3. Wide range of operate temperature , when temperature reached 52℃, it can be obtained bright deposit.
4. The deposit has excellent covering ability and throwing power in low current zone. Especially suitable for rack plating even some has horn and hollow parts, also can be efficiency plated zinc deposit.
5. It has excellent tolerance for impurity in the bath, such as Mg, Ca, Fe and Cr, easy to all kinds of passivation treatment.
