As you probably know to purchase a bank
instrument such as a bank guarantee or a
standby letter of credit cost approximately
50%to60% of the face value,and these bank
instruments are only issued against col-

process listed below:

For the amount of the bank instrument
that is to be provided,the buyer is to
deposit with his banker,a certain amount
on a account opened in Investment Trading
Management Inc.favor for a mutually fixed
term,below describe an example for your
review:

Suppose a buyer need a bank guarantee in-
strument of US$100 million,the buyer is
requested to deposit in Investment Trad-
ing Management favor on a blocked account
account with his banker,the amount of US$
40 million for a term of six months.The
buyer's banker will issue a statement of
account in Investment Trading Management
favor(document enclosed).The buyer's bank
er will issue a MT760 swift confirmation
according to Investment Trading Manage-
ment instruction(document enclosed).

Within 30 to 35 banking days,Investment
Trading Management will issue a bank gua-
rantee instrument in favor of the buyer
in the amount of US$50 million,35 banking
days later,a second bank guarantee instru
ment will be issue to the buyer in the
amount of US$50 million,after six months
the bank account retaining the US$40
million is release and return back to the
buyer.

In effect the buyer has receive USD$100
million in the form of a bank guarantee
without having to spent a cent.

The only funds involved is from the buyer
which is a US$2,000 upfront due diligence
investigation fee,which will be return to
buyer when the bank guarantee instrument
is issue.

The bank instruments are always issued
from a Top Major Bank,either in Europe or
in the United States.
