Nxtar Security is an all fiber optics structured perimeter intrusion detection sensor that requires no wire or power cable installations.

Nxtar Security uses the optical fibers to detect intruders based on their weight and movement. A person or vehicle crossing through the sensing zones are detected while small animals are ignored, therefore the false alarm rate is greatly reduced. Other common environmental false alarm sources, such as rain and snow, can be easily filtered out by our intelligent discrimination system.

When all the sensing fibers are buried underground, they are invisible from the ground surface and therefore the surrounding scene remains unaffected.

The system can be installed on fences, on walls, indoors or outdoors under various ground types; therefore it has a wide range of applications; from small areas like home, bank, office to big areas like a community, factory, jail, coast line, military base or airport.
