  The quality and performance of anode can affect turnover. quality and efficiency in electrolysis process directly. Nowadays most of enterprises are commonly adopted dual&mutli Pb-Ag alloy anode plate which contains Ag(0.2%~1%). The manufacturing methods of these anodes are devided into casting and pressing. From the beginning of the Energy Saving multi-anode we produced at 90a??s last century.(Yuan Ming has applied for the National patents of anode . Patent No:ZL97108196.4). After long-term of research ,the alloy anode contains Pb.Ag.Ca.Al.Si.Ti etc was successfully developed. We adopted the process of cool pressing .DIM . balling. It has contains Ag(0.2%~0.35%)less than regular and cost less. It also have smoothly plate with high-density .high-intensity .high-corrosion. Besides, good thermal and electroical conductivity was welcomed by the ending user.
