5. In order to guarantee the adhesion between ink and plating film, the color-membrane surface plasma processing value should > 48 dynes /cm2.

6. The adhesion of PET / color-membrane coating / printing layer / plastic layer are tested by method Bagger (each grid 2.0 * 2.0 mm), the brush off < 3%.

7. After high-low temperature test (60 centigrade thermometer 24H/-20 centigrade thermometer 24H), review circumference of product in a state of nature, the interlayer between rainbow of oil coating/pet/ printing layer / plastic layer there's no any delamination.
