This serial is developed based on digesting and absorbing the domestic and international advanced technology, it is of the following advantages: compact structure, beautiful appearance, abundant function, complete configuration, excellent performance, reliable quality, high speed, accuracy and efficiency.
1. 45 degree slant bed, good rigidity after the structure analysis and optimum design, total guard cover, stopped the oil and water leakage. Lubricating oil and cooling liquid are separate by the oil grove and water groove, which reach the requirement of environment protection
2. High rigidity spindle structure. Select the famous and high accuracy spindle bearing, carrying the international advanced main driving structure, realizing high turning accuracy, high rigidity and high spindle speed.
3. LMG for the X and Z axis, pre-loading and good rigidity, without creeping, but quick feed rate.
4. Ball screw of Z axis uses double support and axial pre-loading, which not only increased the rigidity but also reduced the affect aroused by heat shape change. All the axis use bind driving.
5. This serial uses reliable FANUC system, Min control unit is 0.001mm, stable high gain control and with stable speed increasing and decreasing feature.
6. All the key accessories are of reliable quality, perfect performance. For example, spindle bearing, LMG, ball screw and others sing international first class brand.
7. This serial carries out modularized design, with abundant models and function, lots of different combination to meet the customers requirement.
