  Flap Discs are created by overlapping coated abrasive flaps and adhering them firmly to a back-up plate. This design provides a cooler running, longer lasting disc. And because new layers of abrasive are constantly being exposed, a very consistent finish is provided during the life of the disc. These discs are specifically recommended for high stock removal on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and most alloys. They offer many times the life of conventional resin fiber discs.

Flap Wheels are manufactured from strips of high quality aluminum oxide material or non-woven material closely packed and radially bonded to a shaft or metal center . These wheels are more durable and provide a longer and cooler cutting action than is possible using conventional discs. Recommended for cleaning, deburring, blending, and polish grinding on stainless steel, aluminum, etc. Conformable to most shapes, they are available in coarse to fine grit.

Narrow belts are converted from premium grade, resin bond coated abrasive jumbos to your specified dimensions, We only selects the best abrasive cloth manufacturers that offer world-class technology in their products, which means our customers will benefit from the highest quality belt performance available anywhere. Belts are available in a variety of grit and grain specification for use on metal etc. Each belt can be produced in a wide range of custom size for use on many different types of equipment.
