Xylitol is a polyols after xylose hydrogenation.the appearance is white crystalline powder,its the Sweetest polyols in Sweeteners,the sweetness equivalent to sucrose,glucose equivalent to the heat,it is a substitute for glucose and sucrose.Xylitol consist widely in fruits,vegetables,grains,foods such as mushrooms,as well as wood,straw,corncob,and other plants.It can be used as sweeteners,nutrition and pharmaceutical agents,moisturizing agents in food,pharmaceutical and chemical industries,etc. Like cold drink, dessert,milk,coffee,beauty cream,etc.
