  Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a kind of engineering thermoplastics, under the polymerization of ethylene, butadiene monomer in the catalyst.
UHMWPE pipe has the superior performance such as very high wear resistance, impact resistance, excellent resistance to internal pressure strength, resistance to environmental stress cracking, eminent self-lubrication, anti-adhesion, the unique low temperature resistance, good chemical stability and so on.
Main characteristics:
1. extremely high wear resistance; It is 6.6 times higher than alloyed steel; 27.3 times higher than stainless steel; 4-7 times higher than steel pipes; 6 times higher than nylon
2. very high impact resistance
3. corrosion resistance; it can withstand hydrochloric acid of 80%.
4. good self-lubrication;
5. the unique resistance to low temperature
6. not easy to form dirt
7. long life span
8. easy installation; it is 1/8 times lighter than steel pipe, installed by flange
