Construction industry (indoor): Doors, doorframes, housing light steel structures, screens, ceilings, elevators, stairs, ventilation ducts.
Electrical appliances: Refrigerators, washing machines, switch cabinets, instrument cabinets, air conditioners, microwave ovens and toasters.
Furniture: Radiators, lampshades, wardrobes, tables, beds, changing boxes and bookshelves.
Transportation industry: Automobile and train trims, baffles, containers, isolation rails and ship diaphragms.
Others: Writing white boards, dustbins, billboards, clocks/watches, typewriters, dashboards, weighing machines and photographic equipment.
Process Flow: Color coated steel plates are made by taking cold rolled steel plates and galvanized steel plates as base plates, performing surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning and chemical conversion processing), smearing coating in a continuous way (roll coating method) and then performing baking and cooling.
The main production processes of the process flow of common two-coating two-baking type continuous color coating machine set are: uncoiling, pretreatment, coating, baking, post-treatment and coiling.
