Application and characteristics:
Water-based PU glue, whose solvent is water, can really emit no VOC. It has high solid content, non-yellow, strong initial bonding strength, high heat resistance, and is adaptable for various material. It can be widely used in bonding in footwear industry, luggage industry, hanicrafts, ornament, vacuum forming, furniture manufacturing, automotive interior trimming, clothing processing, insulating materials and so on.
Suitable for production line, suitable for bonding of PU, PVC, TPR.etc

2.The application quantity is 3 times less than the solvent-based adhesives

Usage:
1.Mix 5~6% hardener 816 (by weight) into the adhesive and stir it in the speed (300rpm) for 15 minutes. Please note that the pot life will be affected while mixing the hardener.
2.Brush primer on shoe upper and sole, and heat it until the primer dries.
3.Brush the mixed adhesive on shoe upper and sole, activate it by heating it under 60℃ for 4~6 minutes until the adhesive dries.
4.Bond the shoe upper on shoe sole.
5.Usually, 20kgs water based PU adhesive can make 2200~2400 pairs of shoes.
