Brief Introduction

The traditional cutting processor use to take advantage of sharp edge tool to focus pressure on cutting material. Ultrasonic drive power will transfer normal current into high frequency high voltage alternating current, and pass it to the ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic transducer in fact, is equivalent to an energy conversion device, it could transfer input electric energy into mechanical energy,which nameed ultrasonic wave. The form of expression way is that transducer is be back and forth of telescopic motion in the longitudinal direction. Telescopic motion frequency is equal to high frequency alternating current's which drive power supply for. The function of booster is to fix the ultrasonic vibration system and scale up transducer output amplitude. Cutter (tool head) on the one hand,scale up amplitude further more and focusing ultrasonic energy on itself to propagate energy into cutting position of material. Under the great ultrasonic energy,cutting position material is softening and melting instanly and intensity drops greatly.

At this time, It is creating almost a no friction and touch surface between cutter and food when processing, due to great take advantage of high frequency ultrasonic vibration.
