Introduction:

1) Using a high efficiency heat pipe and heat transfer fin design to conduct the heat from within the all glass vacuum tube up to the header;

2) Start up quickly, heat pipe transfer the heat energy into the storage tank in one direction;

3) The tube is 100% high borosilicate glass, the problem with loss of vacuum due to a broken seal is greatly minimized, therefore, these tubes perform very well in overcast conditions as well as low temperatures;

4) The evacuated heat pipes used in Sunworld solar collectors have a boiling point of only 30 Celsius degree (86 Fahrenheit degree) which leads to its rapid heat transfer and excellent low temperature performance;
