Manufactured from virgin crude oil, SC-PPF provides excellent crack-control, increased impact toughness, resistance and more durability.

DESCRIPTION
SC-PPF for use in fiber reinforced concrete, cement, putty powder and shotcrete. SC-PPF is designed to distribute quickly through the concrete matrix. It is used in concrete, cement and putty powder products for the purpose of controlling cracking, freeze and permeability, increased concrete toughness.

SC-PPF meets the requirements of GB/T 14331-93, ASTM C1116.

APPLICATIONS
SC-PPF utilizes the mixing activity to disperse the fibers into the mix. SC-PPF offers a multi-dimensional fiber network and does not affect curing process chemically.
SC-PPF can be used in all types of concrete, cement and putty powder. SC-PPF help the concrete at early ages.

For example: Bridge, Industrial and civil buildings, Road, Factory, Subway, Tunnel, Land and so on.

MIXING
SC-PPF Fibers are added to the mixer during or after batching the other concrete materials. Mixed at high speed for a minimum 1 minute until thoroughly mixed.

The application rate for SC-PPF is 1 kg per cubic meter.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
SC-PPF should avoid long time direct sunlight.
