MOQ
1 pcs for sampe, buyer need pay it in advance, the amount will be deducted from next order
50 pcs after sample order, support mixed batch.

Warranty

1. CCTV Camera: Two years, products with your own logo or without logo

2. DVR, NVR, Speed Dome Camera: One year, products with your own logo or without logo


Conditions and Terms
The warranty starts from the delivery date from our factory;
During the warranty, any defective product will get repaired or replaced for free;
The warranty is unavailable for those products which are broken by the violence or the carelessness or repaired or altered without the authorization.
A RMA form will be asked to fill in.


Payment Terms

1. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
Usually we accept 100% T/T in advance;
Subjected the order amount, we can accept 30% deposit T/T in advance + 70% balance T/T before the shipment.
2. Paypal
4.5%-4% commission charges will be added into the amount.

3. Western Union
Please offer us MTCN and the sender name after you make the payment.

4. Letter of Credit(L/C)
L/C is available for the sea transit only. We don't accept L/C for the air transit.
On condition that order amount reaches some one then we will accept L/C;
We accept L/C at sight only;


Lead Time
Sample orders will be delivered from our factory within 3 days.
General orders will be delivered from our factory within 3 - 10 days.
Big orders will be delivered from our factory within 5 -15 days at most.

Please offer us your own high resolution logo in JPG format;
There should be two colors at most in the logo;
There should be no gradient effect in the logo

2. Label
Please offer us your own model numbers and relative requirements.

3. Manual
Please offer us the finished manual file that can be printed directly.

4. Packing Box
We will offer you the demension and the design file;
Please design your own style based on this file then send it back to us;
We will print some samples for your checking;

5. Housing
Please offer us the housing design file then we will offer you a sample for your checking;

1. By TNT, DHL, UPS or FedEx.;
