Hydraulic diaphragm dosing pump is recommend in where the high pressure is essentially, it can be used for normal water or some special liquid, which like contains strong corrosive, crystallised, toxic, foul-smelling, radioactive and et cl, also it can be used in the liquid which contains small suspended sold.&nbsp;

In order to prevent the accidents caused by the mix of the media and hydraulic oil, or in terms of some liquid which are combustible, explosive, toxic and valuable, the double diaphragm hydraulic metering pumps with the alarm functions for the rupture of diaphragms can be applied.&nbsp;

* The control of the capacity flow is by adjusting of the length of the stroke and the frequency conversion; meanwhile, the remote automatic control can be available when there is the stroke controller or the frequency changer installed.

* The working temperature of the medium should neither exceed 200℃ nor below -30℃; otherwise it will influence the life of the diaphragm
</p>
<p>
* The new three-valve structure and the application of limit oil compensating mechanism not only ensure the fullness of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic working chamber but also avoid filling oil excessively and prevent hydraulic shock so that make the both sides of the diaphragm have balanced force and increase the working life of the diaphragm to more than 8000H.
