This horizontal single side stator winding lacing machine is suitable
for the big stator with high winding over-hang. The tooling is movable,
and convenient for stator fast laoding and unloading, hence to reduce
the labor strength effectively.


 



The horizontal single side stator
winding lacing machine adopts industrial PLC, human-computer interface
and horizontal frame-structure design, the servo system machine
accurately controls the lacing action. Different lacing methods such as
slot-by-slot lacing, interval lacing and fancy lacing are programmable.
