This stator lacing machine has four working stations. It can automatically lace four stators at one time.  The turntable plates makes sure the high efficiency of this lacing machine. This machine is equipped with stator pressing device, auto feeding device, auto wire feeding device, auto knotting device, auto cutting device and ect. Different lacing pattern can be set, such as slot by slot lacing, interval slot lacing and fancy lacing. This lacing machine is equipped with a
conveyor to transfer the stators. It is controlled by PLC, and all the parameter can
be displayed and set in the touch screen. The machine can store
different stator parameter.  During lacing
process, operator load the stators, then the machine will automatically
do the lacing process. With fast speed, low noise, simple operation and easy tooling change, this machine can be connected to automatic stator production line.


 


Application 
It is suitable for air conditioner motor, washing machine motor, compression motor, fan motor, generator motor and pump motor.
