  1. HotBar Uses the hot head heat to melt the solder and connect the two electronic components that need to be connected. It is used to weld the flat solder (usually FFC) to the circuit board, unlike the HeatSeal process of ACF and LCD or circuit board. HotBar is usually used to weld a soft board (FPC) onto a PCB or connector so that it can be light, thin, short and small, and can effectively reduce costs.
2. The LVDS output interface USES a very low voltage swing (about 350mV) to transmit data through differential data on two PCB lines or a pair of balanced cables, i.e., low-voltage differential signal transmission. An LVDS output interface is proposed, which can make the signal in the differential PCB line or balance cable transmission at a rate of about hundreds of Mbit/s, as a result of low voltage and low current drive mode, therefore, has realized the low noise and low power consumption. At present, the LVDS output interface is widely used in the LCD display of 17inch and above.
