For example, the motor is triangular connection, when the U phase is disconnected, the U and W two phase windings are connected in series and then connected with the V phase winding and connected to the V and W two-phase power supply. At rated load constant phase current V phase winding maximum is 2 times of normal operation (which is 1.16 times the rated current of the motor), and phase current of U and W phases remains unchanged, and the line on the line current is increased to the rated current of the times. Because the phase current of the V phase winding is twice as large as the normal operation, the winding is overheated.

The existing equipment including Japan AIDA200T,AIDA125T and Taiwan INGYU80T, in all 8 high speed precise punches, also with the equipment of Slitting Ling, precision surface grinder and so on. In addition, the company is also equipped with more than 40 ordinary lathes with the capacity from 5 to 10 tons. We normally produce motor iron core about 80 thousand per months.  


The company in 2008 has passed the IS09001; 2008 standard quality system certification. And take this as an opportunity to carry out the implementation carefully, complete control of product quality to satisfy customers.
