Maintenance of common faults of motor 
1, motor can not start 
The motor does not turn and there is no sound. The reason is that the power supply or winding has two or three phase open circuit. First check whether there is a power supply voltage, such as no voltage, indicating fault in the circuit. If the three-phase voltage is balanced, the fault is in the motor, which is the resistance of the three-phase winding of the motor, and the fault phase winding can be found out. The motor speed is slow and mixed with buzz, shaft vibration. If the one phase current is zero and the two-phase current is too large to exceed the rated value, the two phase operation is indicated. The broken phase occurs at the end of the winding, at the joint or at the lead.

YUYAO YUANZHONG MOTOR PUNCHING CO.LTD, The factory is specializing in producing kinds of motor iron core and motor punching plate.


 


The existing equipment including Japan AIDA200T,AIDA125T and Taiwan INGYU80T, in all


8 high speed precise punches, also with the equipment of Slitting Ling, precision surface grinder and so on. In addition, the company is also equipped with more than 40 ordinary lathes with the capacity from 5 to 10 tons. We normally produce motor iron core about 80 thousand per months.  


The company in 2008 has passed the IS09001; 2008 standard quality system certification. And take this as an opportunity to carry out the implementation carefully, complete control of product quality to satisfy customers.
