</h1>

The filterability test machine is suitable
for PP, PE plastic, via extrusion pressure filtration test pigments, additives
and masterbatch dispersion performance and degree.


This filterability
test machine is consisted by small precision
single screw extruder, melt pump, double station screen changer, high precision
of melt temperature and pressure sensors, PLC program control measurement and
analysis system and other major parts.

Features


■   The screw diameters are 20,
25, 30 (optional), and the length diameter ratio is 10~30 times can be optional,
expanding the processing scope.


■   The material of the screw
and the charging barrel is 38CrMoAl special tool steel which is hard & wear
resistant and has been processed through nitriding, tempering, chromeplate and
super-precision grinding.


■  The screw, consisting of
the feeding section, conveying section, compression region and mixing head, can
process various different materials to realize the optimal dispersion effect.


■   The screw speed is 0-80rpm
with stepless frequency control to meet extrusion technological requirements of
different materials.


■   The charging barrel is
heated by the electric heating coil heater which is simply maintained and
easily installed. Fifth region separate heating can ensure a required
temperature. The charging barrel adopts four static forced cooling motors with
multi-blades.


■  The imported high precision
melt gear pump and two integrated temperatures & pressures and their
transducers measure accurate temperature, instantly monitoring the handpiece
temperature with obvious pressure and temperature variation. The intelligent
& reliable pressure control system has the function of automatic alarm and
automatically-controlled stop.


■  The dies adopt the quick
connecting loop which makes the fast dismounting, easily connection to the
downstream equipment and time and labor-saving transfer
test.


■   The optional spreader plate
and the filter mesh enclosure with the optional mesh model of DIN standard
prevent non-moltened particles and impurities to improve the melt pressure and
guarantee plasticizing quality. The equipped fast net changing device can
support a easy and quick net changing process.


■  The machine has the PLC
programmable liquid crystal touch screen control system and human-machine
interface operating system with the friendly and visual
interface. All technological parameters can be arbitrarily set and printed to
save. The clear and accurate melt temperature & pressure changing curve can
realize the stable melt conveying and automatically calculate the filtering
pressure value. The extrusion process can be dynamically displayed and
monitored in due time with accurate data and reliable
performance, conforming to DIN EN-13900-5 pressure filtration value test
