Specification:


1. Direction of screw: Parallel and the same direction


2. Compound mode: The compound mode of the screw suite is building block spiral and that of the machine barre is multi-section.


3. Heating zone: 5 aluminum heaters equiped at charging barrel area, 1 heater at handpiece, with the outside covered by safety fan cowl.


4. Cooling facility: Soft water circulating cooling is adopted in the whole section of the charging barrel.


5. Driving system: Geared motor and reduction gear torque distribution integration.


6. Feeding device: 0 to 50 rpm frequency control of motor speed screw force feeding.
