</h1>

Double screw extruder is appropriate for the mixing processing, experiment of different kinds of plastics and color masterbatch. It is featured bu plasticizing homogeneity, color proofing and filling modification.


 


This double screw extruder is with PLC touch screen control system, every
cylinder heating zone temperature can be set and controlled. Double screw
rotation speed and feed screw speed can be controlled dynamically and
intelligently, with intuitive interface, easy operation and high degree of
automation.

Specification:


1. Direction of screw: Parallel and the same direction


2. Compound mode: The compound mode of the screw suite is building block spiral and that of the machine barrel  is multi-section.


3. Heating zone: 5 aluminum heaters equiped at charging barrel area, 1 heater at handpiece, with the outside         covered by safety fan cowl.


4. Cooling facility: Soft water circulating cooling is adopted in the whole section of the charging barrel.


5. Driving system: Geared motor and reduction gear torque distribution integration.


6. Feeding device: 0 to  50 rpm frequency control of motor speed screw force feeding.


7.Electric control system: PLC programmable color touch screen,
man-machine interface operation system.
