The SMMS polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven product line is also called SMMS line.  The product of this machine is mainly used to make non-woven hygiene product, non-woven medical product, non-woven filtration product and work protection product. Here are some example: protection clothing, breathing masks, surgical drapes, baby diapers, etc.


 



The whole line consists of two spunbond dies and two meltblown dies, extruding machine, melt filter, measuring pump, refrigerator, winding machine and so on. These main components of the SMMS 2.4m nonwoven machine are manufactured by professional factory in Changzhou, Shanghai or Wuhan. Also, the rest part of the SMMS2400 composite nonwoven fabric line is manufactured by our selves since our company has a large number of professional engineers and technicians.

Production capacity and energy consumption:


For product which product weight is 30g/㎡, width is 2.4m, the capacity is around 11500 KG/day;


For product which product weight is 60g/㎡, width is 2.4m, the capacity is around 13000 KG/day.


SMMS power consumption is around 500 KVH/ton-800 KVH/ton, and real energy consumption is decided by specifications of the product.
