JDI MOBILE LIMITED was established in 1999,which is one large-scale hi-technology enterprise and specialized in researching, manufacturing and marketing Mobile phone, MID, Tablet PC. JDI is one of the few earliest manufacturers of telecommunication terminal equipment in China, and one of the first batch of enterprises qualified for producing and selling mobile phones with the official approval of the State Planning Commission. JDI have more than 180 senior engineering technicians, with strong software, hardware, structure design and development capabilities. Quality is the key factor for the development of an enterprise. We insist on high quality principle and regard quality as our life. We have been training our managment staffs and workers according to Japanese 5S standard. We aways keep the defective rate within 0.05% to 0.20%. For all our products, our quality warranty time is 25 months from shipment free of charge. We are an ISO9001 and ISO14001 approved enterprise. We have also introduced ERP system into our company for more scientific and stricter management. All of our products are approved with CCC、RoHS、CE、FCC、UL、etc.
Our factory covers an area of 60,000 square meters, and have 3,300 skilled workers. Our no-dust work shops possesses the most advanced production lines(including 50 SMT machines, many high-quality test machines and etc) and strong production capacity(Tablet/MID: 6 million pcs per month,Mobile phone: 60 million pcs per month). The total investment reaches more than RMB 1,903,000,000.
