RC XTREME HOBBIES is a retail and mail order supplier of model related hobby supplies, serving model builders since 2001. Although our focus is primarily radio controlled models of all types, we also carry other lines of products such as plastic & die-cast models, model rockets, wooden ship models, control line, free flight, kites and neat toys.
We are Indonesian largest radio control dealer. and have four locations for walk-in trade; one in Jakarta, Center Jakarta, two in Sumatera, Batam, and Pekanbaru, and one in Kuta, Bali Island. Please refer to our Contact Page for more information on locating our stores.
Our business has grown primarily by word of mouth through satisfied customers. Our philosophy is to build the business one step at a time so that our customers can remain satisfied with our service and that we maintain tight control over product and service as we grow. We intend to be around to serve you for many years to come.
We are proud to say that our order fill rates are very high, and, more often than not, you will find us filling your order completely, the same day you place it. Of course it is impossible to have absolutely every item in stock all the time, but our close attention to inventory flow, with the help of our computer system and our high order frequency, will offer you a service that is virtually unparalleled anywhere in the country. These factors will also ensure quick turnaround on any part you wish to have specially ordered or an item which may have to be backordered.
